I'm
back. For good. The promos are OVER. Technically I still have Chinese and Econs MCQ, but
man...... it's over in MY book. What a great work attitude I have.
It's been an interesting week if you can count stuffing mounds of frantic knowledge into my unreceptive head as interesting. But don't take it seriously; I
cried when I read the epilogue of Hard Times. Would never catch me shedding tears over Angelo's plight. What plight? TV exposure has rendered me void of all kind sympathy.
I think I will fail math and it's depressing thinking about it so I won't. Ooh, that really solves problems. Not it could solve the problem, formulae or no, (ha! Pun! Every
the start of START I was tempted to add my trademark brackets) but I will practise during the holidays. I will.
Still found sympathy in me to feel for Nicholas Cage in
Matchstick Men (or Man?). Very interesting movie - particularly since no reviewer let slip the twist. Or the fact that there was one at all. He was hit with some harsh curve balls, I tell ya. Painfully realistic, although one would like to slap Alison Lohman silly for being so convincing (in more ways than one, figure that one out after you see the movie). And ready for this? The latest LOTR movie trailer SUCKS. I felt cheated. Okay, not the movie snippets, those were awesome, of course, but the editing. Can you get any more literal?
That was almost as bad as
Brother Bear and almost as funny as the newspaper ad for
Gigli.
Trailer talk aside, life is good again. Remember this is one window of many. I had only LJS fries and clam chowder for lunch at sporadic breaks since Han insisted on watching the 12.50 show but I didn't starve. It's the excitement of a new chapter, you feel it?
I do.
